I am postdoctoral fellow with the Great Lake Bioenergy Research Center and my projects focus on the development and use of modeling tools to guide experimental work. My main project integrates computational systems biology and process systems engineering to evaluate the biological and economical viability of chemical replacements to advance decarbonization goals. I am also leading a project developing omic-calibrated genome scale models to predict the effects of process perturbations on productivity at the strain and bioreactor levels.

In my free time, I like to hang out with friends, travel and binge watch tv shows.
