I’m building a high-throughput experimental pipeline that can synthesize and evaluate large libraries of protein homologs, and I’m also interested in computational approaches for evaluating chimeric enzyme designs. By combining these two directions, I aim to establish a Design–Build–Test–Learn (DBTL) cycle to discover enzymes with high activity and specificity for fatty alcohol production.
