Congratulations Chris Mehrer on winning a poster prize for his work on engineering E. coli to produce medium chain fatty alcohols. The work was recently published in Metabolic Engineering.

Congratulations to Brian Pfleger for receiving this prestigious award from the American Chemical Society Biochemical Technology Division.

Welcome to the lab Michael Jindra and Francesca Gambacorta. Mike will be working on an Enzyme Engineering Project and Francesca will be joining the Great Lakes Bioenergy Research Center Project in the lab.
